Program Changes:

1. Changed Java version. Tech4Learning Runtime Environment is now used on Windows instead of installed Java version(s) to minimize the impact of QuickTime and Java updates.
2. Added a mechanism for reporting program errors to Tech4Learning.

1. Error: Fixed a bug that could cause a Java Heap Space error while exporting.
2. Export: Fixed a bug that could cause missing frames in an exported AVI movie.
3. Export: Fixed a bug that could cause an Out of Memory error while exporting.
4. Error: Changed the way background images are stored and resampled to prevent memory errors when exporting.

14. Frame Order: Fixed a bug that could cause frames to move to the incorrect location when reordering frames in the frame list.
15. Error: Fixed a bug that could cause an error when pressing the up arrow on the keyboard while a text object is selected.
16. AIFF Files: Added support for AIF audio files with an AIFF file extension.
17. Text Effects: Fixed a bug that could cause text effects to become permanently disabled.
18. Text Options: Fixed a bug that could cause the text options panel to display incorrectly.
19. Error: Fixed a bug that could cause an error when dragging a selected image.
20. Error: Fixed a bug that could cause an error when adding an animated gif.
21. Error: Fixed a bug that could cause an error when dragging a selection of multiple frames in the frame list.
