Software Skills
The certified trainer program provides advanced instruction on program features and functionality. This in-depth instruction helps trainers identify features that can enhance instruction, as well as build confidence in the trainer's ability to support classroom use of Tech4Learning products to meet state and local standards.

Curriculum Integration
Certified trainers receive instruction on curriculum integration specific to the needs of their school, district, or region. The program is designed to help certified trainers identify and plan curriculum integration opportunities. 

Stages of Technology Use
Classroom educators are at different stages of technology integration. Certified trainers learn how to identify these stages and provide curriculum integration ideas appropriate for the various stages.

Support and Resources
Tech4Learning provides a number of online support tools and resources for educators incorporating Tech4Learning tools in the classroom. Certified trainers receive instruction on accessing available resources, creating customized materials, and demonstrating available resources to others.
