Twist FAQ


 

1. After installation Twist does not launch (Windows 2000 or XP).


1. Twist does not launch after installation (Windows 2000 or XP). Double-clicking the application icon does nothing.
Some antivirus programs conflict with the installation of the Java components that are installed by Twist.

You can resolve this issue by following these steps:

You need to be logged on as an Administrator.

1. Disable your antivirus software. If you are using Norton AntiVirus, right-click the icon in the System Tray and choose "Disable Auto-Protect". For other antivirus software, consult the application's documentation.
2. Remove any Java versions using the Add or Remove Programs control panel.
3. Run the Twist installer again.
6. Restart your computer and then launch Twist.
