Change the Canvas Size

You can use ImageBlender to change the size of an image. This is a useful way to add a border or space for text.

Open an image.

Click the Size button on the toolbar.


You will see the Image Size dialog.

You will see the current image size in the Width and Height fields.


Type new dimensions for the canvas into the Width and Height fields.


Check the Resize Canvas Only check box.

You will see nine anchor icons.


Click one of the anchor icons to choose where the image will be placed on the new canvas.


Click the OK button.

The canvas will be resized.
