Adjust the Block Print Effect
You can adjust the settings for the Block Print effect. Click the Effects tab above the editing panel.
You will see the effects library.
Use the scroll bar to find the Stylize folder.
Double-click the Stylize
folder to open it.
You will see the Stylize filters.
Click the Block Print
Click the Edit
button in the editing panel.
You will see the Block Print dialog.
When an artist makes a tangible block print, they carve away the background. The leftover space is the foreground where the ink is applied.
Click and drag the Amount
slider to increase the depth of the cut.
Dragging to the right means you see more of the background color.
Dragging to the left means you see more of the foreground color.
Click the Foreground Color box and click the color you want for the ink.
Click the Background Color box and click the color you want for the paper.
You can zoom in to see the effect in more detail.
Click the Zoom
Click the preview.
The preview will be magnified.
You can move the preview while it is magnified.
Click the Hand
Click and drag the preview to look at another part of the picture.
When you are happy with the settings, click the OK
The effect will be applied.
