Adjust the Motion Blur Effect

You can adjust the settings for the Motion Blur effect.

Click the Effects tab above the editing panel.


You will see the effects library.


Double-click the Photographic folder.

You will see the Photographic filters.


Scroll down the list.

Click the Motion Blur effect.


Click the Edit button in the editing panel.


You will see the Motion Blur dialog.


Click and drag the Amount slider to change the amount of blur.


Dragging to the left makes the image less blurry.

Dragging to the right makes the image more blurry.

Click and drag the Angle dial to change the direction of the blur.


You will see a preview of the effect in the dialog.


You can zoom in to see the effect in more detail.

Click the Zoom tool.


Click the preview.

The preview will be magnified.

You can move the preview while it is magnified.

Click the Hand tool.


Click and drag the preview to look at another part of the picture.

When you are happy with the settings, click the OK button.

The effect will be applied.
