Warp a Selection

You can warp an area you have selected.

Open an image.

Click the layer in the Layers panel containing the piece of the image you want to scale.

Click the Selection tool on the tool palette.

You will see selection options in the Options panel.

Select the part of the image you want to warp. You may use any selection tool option.

When the image is selected, you will see handles on the corners.

Use the Transform pull-down menu to choose Warp.

Move the cursor over one of the handles on the selection.

Click and drag to warp the selection.

The warp that is added depends on the handle you use.
