Fill Text with an Image

You can fill text with an image file.

Click a text object to select it.

Click the Choose File button next to the Text Color button.

You will see the Open a File dialog.

Locate the file you want to add.

Click the file to select it.

Click the Open button.

The text will be filled with the image you chose.

You can resize the image within the text.

You will see four triangular fill controls for the image.

Click and drag a fill control handle to resize the image.

Drag a handle toward the center of the object to make the image smaller.

Drag a handle away from the center to make the image larger.

You can move the image within the text.

There is a circular orange fill control in the center of the image.

Click and drag the circular fill control handle to move the image.

Click away from the text object when you are finished. This will deselect the text object.
