Use a Chroma Key
You can set a chroma key color for the animation. The chroma key will make a certain color transparent in the images in the animation. This lets you overlay images on another background. Import an image or series of images into your animation. The image on the current frame will be used to set the chroma key color.
Go to the Edit menu and choose Chroma Key.
You will see the Chroma Key dialog.
Chroma key works best when the images are photographed in front of a solid-color background. Green and blue are the best background colors to use for chroma key.
Click the On
Click the Eyedropper
Click the color on the image you want to be transparent.
The color you picked will become transparent.
Drag the Tolerance
slider to adjust how much of the image is transparent.
Dragging to the left will make less of the image transparent.
Dragging to the right will make more of the image transparent.
When the image looks the way you want it to, click the OK
The chroma key will be applied to all image objects in the animation.
The chroma key color will not be applied to the frame background. You can fill a frame background with a picture so you can layer a chroma keyed image over another image.
To add a picture to the frame background, click the frame and use the Fill pull-down menu in the Options panel to choose a file.
