Create an FTP Location

You can add an FTP location to the Export dialog.

Click the Project button on the toolbar.


You will see the Project menu.

Move the cursor over the Export button.

You will see the export options.


Click an export option.

You will see the Save Move As dialog.


Click the plus button.


You will see the location dialog.


Click the FTP type.


You will see the FTP options.

Type the URL or IP address of your FTP server in the Server field.

Type your username in the Name field.

Type your password in the Password field.


Type the name of the FTP site to display in the Publish dialog in the Nickname field.


Click the OK button.

You will see the server in the locations list of the Save Movie As dialog.


Click the FTP server name to log into the server.

Click the Cancel button to return to Share.
