Start an Animation with a Button

You can have an animation start when a button is clicked.

Click the object to select it.


Click the Animation Edit button.


You will see the Animation Options panel.


Click the Trigger pull-down menu and choose Object.


Click the object you want to start the animation.


You will see a green flag on the object to tell you it is the button to start the animation.


Click the Go Back button when you are done editing the animation.

Click the Preview button on the Status bar.


Click the button to start the animation.

Click the Change to Editing Mode button on the options panel to continue editing your project.
